From the four research cases on implementations of automated decision-making technologies in Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Uruguay, we have compiled relevant information on topics such as data use, transparency, financing and implementation, and regulatory framework and institutional model, that help to outline some trends that are developing in Latin America regarding the implementation of artificial intelligence techniques in the framework of public policies.
